Dr. Abiola Macaulay, Ed.D. President
About
Dr. Abiola Macaulay is a native of Nigeria and has lived in the United States since 1997. She is the President of GlobalImpact and a passionate educator who is focused on community collaboration with homelessness and empowers and mentors young adults. Her work focuses on helping people that are homeless by providing shelter, housing, and tools to build a better life. Her passion for mentoring young adults resonates with connecting young adults to personal growth, development, and social and economic opportunity.
She graduated from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts with a B.Sc in Journalism. She returned to school studied Computer Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. While at Maryland, she decided to become a teacher and graduated with a Master of Arts in teaching. She went on to complete a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management in 2014.

Mrs. Felicia Momoh, M.Sc. Executive Director
Felicia Momoh has been a resident of Prince George's county since 1984, originally from Nigeria. She is very passionate about helping people in need and engaging in missionary work, coordinating donations such as seasonal clothing, non-perishable food, and hygienic material for different shelters, senior citizen homes, and YMCA. She believes that everyone deserves to be happy therefore she devotes her time to make that happen.
She graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with B.Sc in Technical Secondary Education. She holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University and She got her Special education Certification from Coppin State University. She has been Teaching since 1992, she is currently a Special Education and Reading teacher in the Prince George's County Public school.
Mrs. Andrea Salem - Larson, M.Ed. Director of Logistics and Technology
Andrea Salem-Larson is currently a middle school teacher for Prince George's County Public Schools. She has been teaching since 2001. Her passion in empowering individuals at any stage of life drives her commitment to various causes that advance the ethos of self-awareness and the power of a positive mindset.
She graduated from George Mason University earning her Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She holds a K-12 Reading Specialist certification, aside from her APC certification, in Maryland. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Instructional Leadership in Curriculum & Instruction from Notre Dame of Maryland University located in Baltimore City.
Reni Macaulay, M.B.A. Director of Outreach, Administration, and Social Media Management
Reni provides administrative assistance and outreach support for the GlobalImpact organization. She grew up in Maryland and is on a path to create a place for people affected by homelessness. She currently holds an MBA in Project Management. For her Capstone project, she was given the opportunity to work for a non-profit organization, Good in the Hood, which provides medical foot care for the homeless.
Barbara Pitkin, M.Ed. Director of Design and Branding
Barbara Pitkin was educated in Canada, England, and the United States as a child, which opened the door for a thirst for education that had to be quenched. Before becoming an educational professional, she worked for public and network television. Her passion for sharing knowledge led her to become an educator. She is currently a Library/Media Specialist.
Activism was embedded in her from an early age, from volunteering and later working for the Boys and Girls Club of America while attending college. She raised funds and provided academic support and technical training to students and parents while living in Richmond, Va. She's a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to feeding the person's mind, body, and soul. No person is an island; everyone needs a little help sometimes, and education is the key to success.
She graduated from Virginia Union University, earning her degree in Mass Communication. Also, she received a graduate degree from Grand Canyon University in Special Education and North Carolina Central School Librarianship. She is currently pursuing a degree in Library Informatics Technology.
